Tanah Rata
Tanah Rata is one of the major tourist town in Malaysia. It is the biggest township in Cameron Highlands. It consists only of two rows of shophouses with a main street cutting right through it.
The pace of development has been tremendous and Tanah Rata has changed over the years. It now has many shops and new hotels that one can be perfectly comfortable making this the perfect base for your tour around Cameron Highlands. There is a post office, several major banks and many eateries in Tanah Rata.
